From selection to your doorstep

Here’s what you can expect when you choose a Swicky's Mystery Bundle:

Step 1: Choose your bundle: First, you'll select and order your preferred bundle. Our bundles are defined by the number of random items you want to begin with: choose from 15, 20, or 30 items. With a chance to receive extra items above that as well as a chance to get a random "shell" prize or premium prize. When ordering, you can share your preferences, such as colors you like or dislike, animals and/or characters you like or don't like, scents you want to avoid, or even specific items you're hoping for (or hoping not to receive).

Step 2: The drawing: Next, we pull random capsules with a folded piece of paper, each containing a different item, to match the number of items you requested. You might even receive extra random items! Plus, look out for "shell prizes," which are our slightly bigger, higher-end items like makeup bags, pre-drawn canvases, tumblers, advanced coloring books, diamond art kits, larger character plush keychains, 3D sticker scenes, jewelry boxes, and lots more. You also have the chance to pull Premium Prizes which could include totes, canvas make up bags, A5 Journals, small sparkly backpacks, book/kindle sleeves, and so much more.

Step 3: Carefully packaged and delivered. Finally, we carefully package everything with care and either ship it directly to you or prepare it for pick-up, depending on your preference. Get ready for an exciting unboxing!
